This policy explains how Canine Society Ltd. (“we”, “us”) processes personal data on caninesociety.com and related properties. We follow the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

- Server logs. Standard request logs (IP, user-agent, timestamp, referer) retained for up to 14 days for security and abuse detection.
- Newsletter signups. Your email address, only when you submit the form. Stored until you unsubscribe.
- Cookies. A single cookie records your consent choice. No tracking or advertising cookies are set.
3 · Legal basis
Processing is based on Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR (consent, for newsletter), (b) GDPR (contract performance, for orders), and (f) GDPR (legitimate interest, for security logs).
4 · Hosting & sub-processors
The site is hosted by Vercel Inc. (USA, EU-Standard-Contractual-Clauses signed). Database and asset storage are provided by Neon, Inc. and Vercel Blob, with EU data residency available on request.
5 · Your rights

6 · Right to lodge a complaint
You may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular the German data protection authority for your federal state.
